Zack's Rate Problems

Group Rate Problems 

 Billy went to eat at a fancy restaurant. He bought 87 sandwiches. Each sandwich costs $72.00. How much money does he need to buy 87 sandwiches?

 Farmer Joe has a chicken coop. He has one chicken that lays 5 eggs every 5 hours. How many eggs does the chicken lay every hour?

My Rate Problems 

 Jack the Horse runs 50,000 kilometers every hour for some reason. How much does he run after one day (24 hours)?

 Mr. Harbeck needs to come up with 20 math problems every 15 minutes. How many math problems can he come up with in 8 hours?

  1. 3)The answer I got is 1 200 000km because if you take 50 000 x 24 it will give you 1 200 000. So in one day that amazing horse named Jack, can run up to 1 200 000km each day

    My Question: Jack the Horse runs 12 123 kilometers every hour for some reason. How much does he run after 12 hours?

  2. Mr. Harbeck needs to come up with 20 math problems every 15 minutes. How many math problems can he come up with in 8 hours?

    The answer is that he will come up with 640 math problems within 8 hours.

    My question is: Mr. Harbeck needs to come up with 17 math problems every 12 minutes. How many math problems can he come up within 13 hours?

    The chicken lay 1 egg per hour because 5 divided by 5 is equal to 1. then 1 multiplied by 1 is itself.
    My Question:
    Farmer Joe has a chicken coop. He has one chicken that lays 8 eggs every 24 hours. How many eggs does the chicken lay every hour?

  4. HELLO FAIR PEOPLE! I am going to do Fili's Jack Problem because I really like the Jack problem. It's so extreme. Anyways here goes.

    Jack the Horse runs 12,123 kilometers every hour for some reason. How much does he run after 12 hours?

    12,123 x 12 = 145,476

    There we go.
